Sorry for the late update, its defintey a T30. Managed to get the passenger side bolt, but the driver side stripped and will need to be drilled out. The ironic part is that I have a 92 parts car, and when attempting the same thing (steering wheel is in way better condition) it took less than five minutes to get it off. Screws popped right out and the center bolt was easily removed with a 36in breaker bar. Very frustrating :/
