The shift frame (Item 5 in the upper pick, and 10 in the lower), the shift rod (not numbered), and the cable (155). Basically the entire assembly.

Either that or I'd have to relocate the shifter hole in the transmission tunnel and the center council.

As luck would have it though, the w210 front and rear shaft has just the right length. We did have to move the center support bearing back (welded). But other than that you wind up with a beefier flex disc and bigger shafts, which for me is desirable because I'm running an om606 with 7.5mm elements. The old smaller flex discs wouldn't have been long for this world.
