The 606 is notorious for being hard to prime after replacing all the fuel system components.

Double check you have a good o-ring at the pre filter (the little ‘coffee maker’ basket on top of the filter stand).

Go easy on the starter they can get burnt out from over use.

If air has gotten into the injector lines, you will have to loosen the nuts at the injectors to purge out the air. Otherwise the pressure pulses from the injector pump will just compress the air in the hard line like a sponge and won’t let the pintle valve open at the injector nozzle.
