Getting a flat tummy is a serious priority for me. I need to improve insulin sensitivity, the whole gammut. They say losing even a tiny amount amount of fat from the liver and pancreas is a big help. Exercise and intermittant fasting.
Resistant starch is a good avenue to explore. Helps with smooth and easy elimination as well. I'm eating more beans. Also I do a bedtime drink of 2 tbsp. of green plantain flour, 1 tbsp of psylium husk, little bit of oat bran and nutritional gelatin. Helps sleep as well they say.
