Resistant starch is a good avenue to explore. Helps with smooth and easy elimination as well. I'm eating more beans. Also I do a bedtime drink of 2 tbsp. of green plantain flour, 1 tbsp of psylium husk, little bit of oat bran and nutritional gelatin. Helps sleep as well they say.

I don't have elimination problems.
I have not lost any more discernible amount of weight but the belly fat continues to become slightly softer as time passes and my belly is not as bulbous in shape as it was.
I suspect there is going to be a limit to what can be accomplished with Cinnamon alone which I am now taking twice a day.
