So I ripped up the old coating inside. Scuffed anywhere with surface rust. Hit with wax/grease remover. Coated with Miracle Paint (por equivalent) after that cured I scuffed and used a premium asphalt crack sealer, Latex-ite from Home Depot. Had to move it around with a bondo card, it's not self leveling. Left a little indoor space heater running to dry it. Came out great. I also tested Black Jack sealer and that is junk, it cracks when it dried and didn't remain flexible on my test card. It is self leveling though.

I tested coating the sealer with 2k base coat in the factory color. Adhered and dried fine. Probably will do the whole floor. Bet it provides a bit or sound deadening too. No smell.
