I second Rick Miley's comments. I would definately shop this problem around in the area. You may find a big variation in costs to do this, especially if you are basically talking about installing a "crate" engine. I know a shop in Daytona (look under the Shops recommendation forum) that may be able to help you out. This isn't the kind of problem where you need to bring the car to the mechanic to figure out what's needed. I would just pick up the phone and start calling and see who comes up with the most cost effective solution figuring in warranty etc.
