You should be able to take it to a local hydraulic line shop and they'll rebuild it for you. I'm not familiar with the specific line in question, but these shops can replace damaged sections of hard or soft lines, or even transplant the ends onto an entirely new line. They'll need your old one as a template though, to get all the lengths and angles correct. These kinds of shops usually service construction and industrial customers, so they've literally seen it all and are no stranger to metric sizing.
