The too good to be true is that that some articles claim that drinking Cinnamon tea before bed time "melts off body fat."
I had 3 bottles of Cinnamon for a long time so I figured I would try and at least I would use up the Cinnamon. I really did not believe it would work at all.
A 2 pound weight loss since Aug is not melting off body fat. If it had not been that the density of the belly fat has decreases as it has I would not have attributed the 2 pound loss to the Cinnamon.
