Unfortuately not that I am aware of. The control module has no programming options and as a saftey feature reactivates with each key cycle. I suppose this is in case a driver switches the system off for some reason. A day later, they might have forgotten that the system was off. Back up assuming there will be a beep and whack-o. $1800 bumper smacker or worse.
Remember saftey saftey saftey.....that's the MB way.
I have never found a way to make the system default off.
