OK...consider this...let's just say a house in one of the most desirable/expensive neighborhoods in your city comes onto the market priced at 3/5 the value of other comparable homes in the same area...the reason for the house's low asking price is because around seven years ago, the house was occupied by a middle-aged woman who was stabbed to death in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom...her daughter subsequently found her mother lying on the blood-soaked carpet when she got home from school...the house has exchanged hands several times over the years, but nobody seems to want to settle down in the house...would YOU buy this house and live in it?
