The steering wheel offset is a goof up, take it back and have it adjusted, it does not involve alignment. The pulling can be caused by alignment or a tire. One way to check is to switch tires, left to right side, and see if this changes the "pull". If it does change then it is a tire, which is not uncommon. Ed
