So I pulled and rebuilt a front caliper and stripped the caliper>hub bolts going back on. (book torque is 11.5 mkp = 83ft lb)


Upper came back out and lower is spinning freely but refusing to come out.


1) smart way to get the lower bolt out...can't access the other side due to rotor


2) replacement bolts, can I get just a high grade metric the right length or do I have to get an exact match with unthreaded portion etc? if so where to source?



3) what are the odds the knuckle threads are ****ed as well. I guess I would helicoil it at that point?
