That seems like a reasonable price.
I for got to mention that Oil can also come out down the Valve Stems and you won't see that till you pull of the Turbo and see evidence of Oil in the exhaust manifold.
Other 2 possibles. Head Gasket leaking Oil into a Cylinder or a dead cylinder which has the piston gradually pumping oil up from below because there is not combustion pressure to push the rings against the cylinders and scrape the oil off of of the cylinders. However, you would think you would have a performance issue if that was happening.
