My $99 injection pump arrived...

Looks clean.. no sludge.. pulled the #1 delivery valve holder and all is clean.


Pulled the lift pump to go on and rebuild while the pump is off.


BUT... they damaged it in shipping. I contacted the place I bought it from... they are giving me a credit if I can make it work or will take it back if I cant fix it. This is after I straightened it out a good bit. No idea how there is no other damage. Cracked throttle lever...



I'm gonna grind it out just a touch and weld it back up. Should be fine. It moves freely and doesn't feel like anything internal is damaged. We'll see.

Weather is supposed to be decent this week. Hopefully I'll swap it and get to see what's what. They were even nice enough to pull the pump with the timing set properly. Timing marks on the pump where already aligned.
