This is pretty much exactly what I did. Up until late last year, there was a loophole that you could exploit to enable Flash and would run the CD's perfectly. That loophole is now closed. I picked up a $5 Dell P4 tower on a 50% off weekend from a "Junque Shoppe" that now runs the FSM and a small library of other reference materials in the back corner of my work area.
