Cold it starts right up but it doesn't have a high idle, just cranks up.. slightly rough but goes away after a few seconds and it just idles at the warmed up idle speed. It drives fine when cold but after being warmed up it will start bogging down at low RPM's but eventually over 3k it will take off.

Any help would be appreciated i'm not around the car every week and my time with it is limited. I've replaced plugs and rotor cap (was broken when i bought it) amongst other things like the clutch, heater valve, etc. Its been a project and is finally on the road but not driving how it should.
Acceleration enrichment is a function of a few factors:
> The ECU is receiving a "warm" signal from the coolant sensor.
> The O2 sensor is sending a valid voltage signal.
> The basic mixture adjustment is such that the ECU is sending a signal to the Electrohydraulic Actuator (EHA) that oscillates around 50%.
> The air flow meter potentiometer is functional.
