I'm getting too old to consider a manual tranny swap, I've been told it's pretty straightforward though .

The jag was what we'd call in the trade "bagged" ~ it wasn't rusted nor dented just raggedy in every way ~ it had a nasty white paint job with plenty of over spray , so on and so forth .

Being a General Motors Corp. i6 engine it would have been dead easy to make run very well and a joy to drive but .........

Like old Mercedes Diesels, some really love inline 6 cylinder powered vehicles, I am one of those persons .
