There is one overlooked item regarding transmission configuration. Federal regulations. Much testing must be done on a cars eng/trans configuration in the USA before it can be sold under the federal guidlines. If the projected number of cars sold do not offset the hassel, they will not offer it. Think of that at election time! Ed
