Sell it on an enthusiast type site(which you're doing here), where you might find people who appreciate all you've done.

Your description and repair history is great, but if I was looking at a car, the instant I hear that it hasn't moved in ten years, I'd immediately discount all of it. Condition of the car now must be evaluated, starting at zero. Definitely get it unburied, cleaned, running and driving, to get any kind of value at all out of it.
