I have a '91 that I got as an even swap for a 2003 VW Gold TDI 5 speed. Engine dies at 400,000 miles. I had a replacement engine for it. They guy I bought the TDI from called and said he had an older Benz that needs a new turbo.

I did an even swap, and found a turbo for it. It has been my daily driver. since installing the turbo. I did do the turbo wastegate conversion from vacuum control to pressure control. I also took care of the EGR. My car had 189,000 on it when I got it. It now has 194,000.

No cracked dash or torn seats, but it does need paint.

I also removed the 134a and put in Duracool for the AC. It blows very cold.
