Someone told me to take off the head and check the pistons and cylinders… If the motor had seized, but was re-loosened again (the engine does start and run, albeit poorly) do you think too much damage was done? Is it salvageable? Could it just be a head gasket? I‘ve never torn into an engine before… Any tips? What do I have to do to get down to the cylinder head?
