Hey guys, happy 4th.

I have a super dumb and easy question (I hope) for my 72 250.

I am unable to get my PS pump to move to replace the belt. There is a 17mm bolt top and one below that are loose and then I tried adjusting out the 10mm adjustment screws as shown.

But if I try to lever it, I move the whole engine. What am I missing? Its not rusted together, there is really no rust on this car... do I need to take off the bracket which looks held on my 2 allens?
