Need help. Fuel pumps replaced no start, swapped out fuel pump relays still no power to fuel, swapped out the ovp. After car had power to everything with no key in the ignition. I start the car, everything works. I have power to fuel pumps but now can’t shut off car. Ignition key does nothing.

How do I turn the car off and what should I look at next?
