Unless yours is a 1985 CA engine (photo in post #3), there is also a smaller oil drain from the mist separator in the engine-mounted air cleaner, behind the turbo drain. Unlike the turbo tube, that tube fits over the stub in the top of the "upper oil pan". A circumferential O-ring should fit tight to seal it. If hard and cracked, oil will just pour down since that tube fits like an upside-down funnel. To pull off that tube, you need to disconnect a bracket under the exhaust (by feel, working blind) and perhaps also remove the air cleaner. Use a quality O-ring like viton or HBNR to not recur.
