It was a lovely day yesterday with temp. in the 70s and not much humidity. I did not post very good times but felt perhaps I did not drive too badly. I was 22nd fastest of 49 drivers. New tires might improve me 2 seconds so possibly would have been in the top ten with them. I finally decided maybe my tires were knackered. I went over and looked and found them worn to the bottom of the wear checkers, so I'll be investing in a new set of slicks before I run again.

At the end of the day my back played out and I had a devil of a time loading up to come home. I am walking with a walking stick today and heading to the Chiropractor today.
