I actually did this about three months ago and I purchased an assembly from the salvage yard. I removed the plastic trim, be very careful not to break it as it is glued in place, remove old glue/bonding material, put a bead of sealeant,bonding material on plastic trim and set new lens in place. Takes about an hour to set. Lens cost about $20.
