I'm old so have been listening to the back and forth of "coffee is bad for you" scientific reports followed the next year by "coffee is good for you" scientific reports....

All I can tell you for sure is : the first cup of the day is always the best one .

I often get up at 02:00 or later (earlier ?) and go get a nice hot cuppa....

Typically my Foster buys begin enjoying coffee at 12 ~ 13 years old, they drop it again by the time they're 17 or 18 .

Growing up working in snow country I began drinking and enjoying coffee by age 11 or so .
