The OM603 turbo heads are all interchangeable. There is a variation of the milled angle for the prechambers tho. I do not recall when this changed, if it was the #17 or #19 onwards. If the potential replacement heads come with prechambers mounted, then not and issue. You can also reuse the original #14 prechambers on later heads, or have the machine shop fit them if you are having the head redone for valve guides etc.
