I wouldn't replace such an expensive sensor unless it needed it. Then I would use what was designed specifically for that application. The differences between applications is significant.

You should be able to buy a Bosch sensor (original equiptment)from many sources other than the dealer (including PartsShop). Get a good price for a quality replacement; thats the best deal.
