At least they are liable for damage to your house created by the vehicle. Certainly if it was not intentional.

Physically the vehicle created it. It was just an accident. I also do not think there should be a deductable involved. Other than for a collision repair on the truck itself portion.

Let us know how it works out. Small claims courts or even the threat of them in a case like this they should pay. Unless you have some form of screwy policy. Vehicle insurance is regulated heavily though. Property insurance not so much. It sounds like a pretty minor claim and most insurance companies want a little good will apperance. Or have I become delusional with age?
