Replacing Vacuum Lock Actuator
Folks,
When I unlock the driver door, all works well... but when I unlock the trunk, all doors unlock except for the driver door. The lock comes up partially (about 3/4), but not enough to physically unlock the door. I'm guessing that this is the actuator.
I need to fix this, as I am putting in a BergWerks keyless entry system. As is, the keyless system will probably unlock all doors except for the driver door.
Where exactly is the actuator on a 94 E420? I took the door panel off and can't really see it. How hard is it to replace?
