I have no reason not to give it a try. In the scheme of things its cheap and easy to change so I am at least going to give it a shot before I screw with the injector pump. something electrical makes more sense than the pump anyway.
It will be a couple weeks before I get the part and get to it but keep those thoughts coming if you have something different.
