I have a 85 190e 2.3 auto and Im about to replace the vacuum modulator valve, but before I do I have a few questions to ask.

1. Once I replace the old modulator with the new one...am I ready to rock and roll or do I have to adjust some things?

2. How do I check how much vacuum it has with a Mityvac? Where do I connect the Mityvac up to?

3. How much vacuum is it suppose to have? How much vacuum at idle and how much when I press the gas?
