Pretty much agree. Risk factors in almost all forms of investing. Up to the individual to tollerate their willingness to take them.

At this time any investment with some concept of safety inherent. Is probably not going to keep up with inflation.

Real estate is really doing too well up here in parts of Canada currently. We are using that factor to offset the loss of buying power of money holdings primarily.
