True enough, but the pitcher obviously felt pretty bad about it. I’m always a little amazed in the major leagues when sometimes a batter who gets hit will try to attack the pitcher. That’s a case of “hello, can we talk? “It’s going to happen in baseball now and then. Throwing a ball hard and fast is tricky work, sometimes the muscles will do something funny and the ball doesn’t go where it does 99% of the time.
I thought the batter did a good and mature thing.
