It seems in he majority of these dog mauling cases, the neighbors had prior knowledge of the problem. Sometimes Animal Control is called and as long as the dogs are in a fenced yard, they do nothing (it's in their policy manual....so not their problem, get it?). Pit Bulls can climb not only fences, they are also known to climb trees. So.....using our logic circuit here people, normal fencing does NOTHING to stop pit bulls from getting out. Many pit bull breeders know this; they keep their fighting pit bulls on CHAINS anchored to the GROUND.
