Just don't jump to conclusions. I would bet small money that the coolant leak has nothing to do with your oil situation.The gunk under the oil cap is fairly normal, and if the coolant had gone into the oil you would have mayonase on the dip stick. It sounds like you may have gasoline in your oil. The plastic cover under the radiator can hold quite a lot of coolant.
