I used to have a Boxer, I don't know how he did it even after watching him do it, he'd sidle up next to my 8' gate, hunker down and
!BOING! he'd jump up and *just* get his front paws over the top then he'd pull him self over and go roaming.....
After he managed to un cage and eat my neighbor's bird I gave up and gave him away, more's the pity .
He never barked at anyone unless they tried to climb my fence/gate .
Didn't bite anyone either .
