Good Day friends.

My 240D 4-speed has 134000miles on it and I am experiencing a misfire/shaking and hesitation when I start to drive on a COLD engine only. This has been a slight issue in the summer, but as temps have gotten lower it has gotten quite a bit worse. I should mention that my car hasn't been driven much at all in the last >10 years aside from occasional drives around the block. I'm thinking it's injector related and I am wondering the best way forward regarding replacement/nozzle replacement.

Any thoughts?
