I did use the starting fluid spraying in the intake manifold and sure enough it start to run for a few seconds. The same thing happened MAF sensor located on the top of the engine clean out with MAF spray as I mentioned earlier in this thread.
In addiiton, I noticed the tab broke on the side of the intake manifold. It is a sensor type thing and I am not sure what it is. Although the tab broke, the sensor fits tight and working. See the pictures below>
