I am probably going to swap some shims around to see if I can get it down. In my experience after swapping nozzles the pressure is a little bit low and I have to add a shim. If that is too high, I may have to come back to this project after a get some different shims. All the ones I have are thin and intended to be added to the existing shim to bring the pressure up.
All of the injectors have to be within a certain pop/opening pressure range, so they are balanced. I don't remember the rage so someone else will have to comment on that.
