Yes, I have found the complete valve at Niemoller, but it is listed as a W108 part. Now I am pretty sure it is the same part as on my M130 engine, but emailed to confirm. It appears they are manufacturing them or having them private labled:

I just purchased the diaphragm/needle from here, $51 USD shipped. Would rather have a complete valve and will buy one if found and keep the spare part as a spare part.
