Hi I need some help with a w114 280ce (m110 engine D-jet) the car starts easy and drives well except it will hesitate/misfire momentarily sometimes when under light load or cruising. When accelerating it’s not a problem.

I have changed the spark plugs, leads,cap,rotor arm, blue resistor, condenser, and points. Checked the coil and it’s within spec. The valves have been adjusted to spec also the distributor timing , the throttle switch (TPS) has also been cleaned and is working correct. It’s making the 20clicks with the ignition on.

Any further help would be appreciated to make it run perrrrfect
