We are unsure who said the foregoing, however it plays today. Fast forward from Ex Parto Endo to the U.S.A. Patriot Act; 2500 pages of legislation conveniently rolled out 30 days after 9/11 (how does 2500 pages get penned in 30 days??). The U.S.A. Patriot Act gives power to the government to arrest anyone "suspected of terrorism" to be held in a prisoner of war camp forever.....habeas corpus be d*mned.
