I am sure all of you have expereinced this, some ********* is tailgating you with there bright lights on, or driving down the highway in the opposite direction and leave them on.

You flash your brights to let them know and they dont care or still dont get it. This drives me NUTS!

I am thinking of carrying a 2 million candlepower handheld cordless spotlight in my car.

Or i need to take my car to Q at MI-6 and get a smoke screen like in Goldfinger, lol.
