If they are behind you, just pull over and let them pass. Let them go, its not worth your time.

If they are coming toward you, look away, or

Put in euro lights with 100/80 W bulbs, if they are coming toward you, just put yours on and leave them on. Be careful they are really high beams because if you put them on and the other person doesnt have high beams, you will feel stupid, and it could be a police officer.
