Thought I'd ring in on the 500E part of this string...mine'll do 6400 in 1st, maybe a tad less in 2nd, and 6200 in 3rd. No idea as yet what it'll do in 4th, but I have every reason to think it'll keep up with Lee's car as my car performed comparably at the strip under seemingly like conditions (14.1 in the 1/4 on a near 100 degree, humid day). Haven't hit the limiter yet, but plan to as soon as I heat cycle my new Michelin Pilots next week. Now, as I understand it redline=165 with the stock gearing, but with slightly taller gearing the car will do 175 before aerodynamics stop the fun. I'm real interested to see if the governor's indeed in place.

As regards the 0-60 times, I'd definitely buy a 0-60 that approached 5.0 seconds! On a cool, dry day with the water temp under 100, the car absolutely flies. Not that a 6.0 or 6.5 would be a bad thing, though...
