It’s been a looong time but this is what I recall. There is a 3rd nut on a stud with a flat washer under the pump. I think it can be accessed with a 1/4” 13mm flex socket on a 6” extension and ratchet. The socket and extension go in from the back of the pump staying underneath the pump and parallel to the ground.
