It will vary depending on how hard you drive the car. But usually, here is what I do(I have a heavy right foot). I would let the car idle for 30 - 60 sec before I shut the engine off to let the oil/coolant circulate. This is VERY critical for Turbo-charged engine, and may as well apply to supercharged as those engines are usually working harder then N/A engines.
As for start up. The car is ready to drive after 15 - 30 sec. But 'til the oil/coolant temp has reach it's proper working temp, take it easy on the throttle. Avoid full throttle and high rpm.
